If you have a special project, whether small or large, we can help;  from design to manufacture New Providence Marine will take every effort to make sure your project comes out like you want in the time frame you require.

Our Engineering department has years of experience in capacitive sensing technology.  We feel there is no other company with our knowledge and experience.

On water and waste tanks made of composite materials all parts are mounted outside of these tanks and this eliminates a need for special tank fittings.

No fouling because  sensors are mounted on the outside of the composite tanks.

On fuel tanks use your existing float sensors and our panel will read them.

 Four panels now available.

Our monitoring systems are for Fresh, Waste, Gasoline & Diesel and is a state of the art unit. Monitor from 1 tank to 8 tanks on one panel.  Our sensors and Rods are for Water and Waste only, Fuel rods available from www.wemausa.com

Our Solo Panels come with and without Full alert and both have Tank Profiling.

Tank profiling means greater accuracy. Our panel can read sharpe V, slight V, round bottom and square tanks.

1-8 Tank Monitor is sold as Panel Only, Sensor Kits extra.

SOLO PANELS COME WITH ONE SENSOR, EXTERNAL SENSOR READS ONLY WATER & WASTE.

Note: The non-contact sensor below is not appropriate for metal-walled tanks nor for monitoring fuel levels.

If your tank has metal walls, or you do not have easy access to a tank side wall to mount a non-contact sensor, then one of our in-tank, rod-style sensors listed below may be an appropriate sensor option for you to consider.

While these level sensors are mounted inside of the tank, they still offer a key advantage of our non-contact sensors: they are completely solid state and have no moving parts to foul due to contact with tank contents
.

Non-Contact Level Sensors

There are many good sensors for monitoring the level of fluid in a tank, but nearly all install inside of the tank. How about a sensor that mounts on the outside of the tank for water & waste? One which never fouls, never leaks, and never needs to be removed for cleaning?

Our Non-Contact sensor consists of a pair of sensor foils which are adhered to the outside wall of a HDPE plastic or fiberglass tank. To these foils a sensor module is attached which reads the foils and outputs a voltage proprotional to the fluid level in the tank.

These sensors are great for monitoring both fresh and waste water tanks. Since they install on the outside of the tank, they install in a matter of minutes, require no special installation tools, and there is no risk of tank leaks as a result of sensor installation.

Basic Features:

  • Monitors fresh water or waste tanks.
  • Reads fluid level through a HDPE plastic or fiberglass tank wall.
  • Installs easily without any special tools.
  • Power-on light for troubleshooting.
  • No chance of tank leaks due to sensor installation.
  • No sensor contact with tank contents.
  • No moving parts to foul.
  • No mucking around in a waste tank to clean a fouled sensor.

Please go to our Monitoring Systems page to read all about it.  Also the Operating & Instruction Manual and Sensor Installation Manual are at the bottom of the Monitoring Systems page in aPDFlink.

Standard Length Rod Sensors

Our standard length rod-style sensor is excellent for monitoring fresh or waste water tanks whose depths do not exceed 36".

This sensor installs through a 1" NPT threaded hole through the top of the tank and is intended for monitoring fluid levels in metal-walled tanks. Additionally, since it has no moving parts to foul, it also a superior alternative to traditional float sensors to monitor levels in your waste tanks.

Basic Features:

  • Monitors fresh water or waste tanks.
  • Sensor lengths from 6" to 36" inches.
  • Installs in a 1" NPT threaded hole in the top of the tank.
  • Power-on light for troubleshooting.
  • No moving parts to foul.

Extended Length Rod Sensors

For tank depths greater than 36", we have developed an extended length rod sensor which looks nearly identical to our standard length rod sensors above. The only external difference between the 2 sensor types is the addition of a small adjustment screw (pictured at left) used for factory calibration.

Like our standard length model, this sensor also installs through a 1" NPT threaded hole through the top of the tank and is intended for monitoring fluid levels in metal-walled water or waste tanks.

Basic Features:

  • Monitors fresh water or waste tanks.
  • Sensor lengths in excess of 48".
  • Installs in a 1" NPT threaded hole in the top of the tank.
  • Power-on light for troubleshooting.
  • No moving parts to foul.

The Bug light clips to the brim of your hat (pictured to the right) so wherever you look the light follows. This leaves both of your hands free to bait a hook, hold a map, or make an intricate repair.

  • Clips onto the brim of any hat.
  • Color: Yellow or Black.
  • Size : 2 1/4" by 1"
  • Weight: less than 1/3 oz.
